Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026

Total Virtual Assistant (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the VA Networking Navigator (thevann.online). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you visit our site, join our waitlist, purchase the Navigator, or join our Facebook group, we may collect:

  • Contact information — name and email address, when you sign up for our waitlist, purchase a product, or otherwise provide it to us.
  • Payment information — when you purchase the Navigator, payment is processed securely by HoneyBook. We do not directly collect or store your full card number or bank details on our own systems.
  • Usage data — general information about how you use our site (pages visited, time on site, referring links), collected automatically via Google Analytics.
  • Content you provide — such as a resume or niche description you enter into the Navigator tool to generate your personalized Connection Blueprint.

How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver the products and services you purchase, including sending your access key by email
  • To send waitlist updates, product news, and occasional promotional emails (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • To respond to your questions and provide customer support
  • To understand how visitors use our site, so we can improve it
  • To generate the personalized content the Navigator tool provides (e.g. your Connection Blueprint), using the information you submit within the tool

Payment Processing

All payments for the VA Networking Navigator are processed by HoneyBook, a third-party payment processor. HoneyBook handles your payment details according to its own privacy policy and security standards — we do not store your full payment card information on our servers.

Analytics & Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymized usage data such as pages viewed and general location. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser’s cookie settings.

Third-Party Services

We work with the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy practices:

  • HoneyBook — payment processing
  • Google Analytics — website usage analytics
  • WordPress.com — website hosting
  • Netlify — hosting for the Navigator application

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see “Your Rights” below).
